Love music? Curious about songwriting? Join Senior Planet and singer/songwriter Maggie Rothwell for a creative and supportive session open to everyone. Come share your original songs, hear what others have written, and connect with fellow music lovers who share your passion for songwriting.
Maggie Rothwell is a singer/songwriter and guitarist who lives in the Hudson Valley region of New York. Maggie first began her career as an elementary school music teacher and, after raising her family, became a musician for therapeutic recreation departments in nursing homes. One of her other joys has been hosting an open mic for almost a decade. Maggie is thrilled to be bringing her passion for music and her desire to nurture the talent of others to Senior Planet’s Songwriter Night!
