Calling all music lovers! If you sing or play an instrument, now’s your time to shine! If you prefer to just listen, you’re in for a treat. Join Maggie Rothwell for a relaxed night of music and conversation, open mic style. From the comfort of your home, you can share a song or enjoy the performances as others take the mic. Performers will take turns sharing one song each to create a special soundtrack for the night. No matter how you connect with music, you’re welcome here.

Maggie Rothwell is a singer/songwriter and guitarist who lives in the Hudson Valley region of New York. Maggie first began her career as an elementary school music teacher and, after raising her family, became a musician for therapeutic recreation departments in nursing homes. One of her other joys has been hosting an open mic for almost a decade. Maggie is thrilled to be bringing her passion for music and her desire to nurture the talent of others to Senior Planet’s Open Mic Night!
