Winston C. Hall is a retired photographer who spent over five decades capturing the world through his lens. Now residing in Elkhorn, Nebraska, just outside Omaha, he has transformed his passion for creative photography into a new purpose—embracing discovery, movement, and fitness. An advocate of healthy living, Winston thrives in the outdoors, dedicating his time to running, cycling, and exploring wellness practices that align with his philosophy of living with purpose. A firm believer in prevention over treatment, he regularly attends workshops to expand his knowledge and share valuable insights with his community. Winston’s presentation draws from his personal journey. He is eager to share how small, intentional changes can have a profound impact on overall well-being. Through his firsthand experiences, he will provide participants with practical, actionable steps to embrace a healthier, more fulfilling life—infused with the wisdom and enthusiasm of a life well-lived.
