Class Description

Join this Wellness Wednesday group to discuss the different ways you can improve your physical, mental, and social well-being.

This week’s topic – Move. Function. Perform.

Join 60-year-old 2025 Senior Planet Sponsored Athlete, Arlette Godges, as she shares her wellness journey and leads basic exercises that can lay a foundation for healthy aging. These exercises will focus on endurance, strength, coordination, range of motion, and balance without the need for a gym. All you’ll need to follow along is a comfortable chair with a backrest, two rolls of toilet paper, and two medium-sized water bottles (20. oz).

“My goal is to keep people moving and performing in life… I really look forward to being a Senior Planet Sponsored Athlete this year and getting to know the Senior Planet community better.” – Arlette Godges
