This week’s topic – Mastering Breath: Qigong & Pranayama
Join Senior Planet Fitness Trainer Cas Castro as he shares the powerful benefits of qigong and pranayama with a focus on movement and breathwork. Qigong, a centuries-old Chinese practice (pronounced “chee-gong”), uses simple, flowing movements to support overall well-being and is easy to learn at any level. Pranayama, meaning “breath” in Sanskrit, focuses on guiding the body’s energy flow to improve health and vitality. Join us for a review of these practices and see how they can boost both body and mind!
