This week’s topic: From ‘I Can’t’ to ‘I Can’ – Three Activities Seniors Can Do

Join 73-year-old 2023 Senior Planet Sponsored Athlete, Kathy Molloy, as she shares her fitness story and leads an informative and engaging session about foam rolling, CrossFit, and water aerobics!

After receiving a diagnosis of osteoporosis in her late 50s, Kathy started lifting weights to increase bone density and overall strength. Today, she is sharing a variety of ways older adults can start exercising to improve muscular, cardiovascular, and mental health.

Join this session to practice a variety of static and dynamic exercises. Kathy will demonstrate her favorite foam rolling techniques, stretches and movements used in CrossFit, and even a few water aerobics moves — just without the pool!
