Join Bill Keller for a fun and inspiring discussion about how exercise and healthy eating helped him go from feeling stuck in an unhealthy lifestyle at 70 to thriving at 80—and he’s still going strong! Come learn how you can stay healthy and embrace life at any age.
Bio:
For the last 30 years of Bill Keller’s work life, he was president and founder of a quantitative equity research firm. At age 70, he retired and made a decision to make exercise and good nutrition a significant part of his life. Along the way, he received certifications as a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, balance training, senior fitness, and nutritional coaching. His passion is to help seniors live more boldly by making exercise and good nutrition part of their daily lives.
