In this session, Jim Hannon will discuss what AI is and how it works. You will see where it appears in everyday life and separate fact from fiction about what AI can and cannot do.

Bio:
Mr. Hannon has over twenty years of experience, including more than six years at Fidelity Investments as a Director and Agile Coach, contributing to both enterprise-level and team-level Agile initiatives. Since August 2024, he has been on medical leave, applying his skills in project management, Agile, Lean, and AI to volunteer with agencies and share knowledge. Leveraging his expertise in Agile methodologies, Jira administration, and project management, he focuses on driving continuous improvement and fostering organizational agility. He is currently exploring the impact of AI on project management. His responsibilities include chairing the Jira User Group and designing impactful training sessions.
