Class Description
Strength for Life: 8 Weeks to a Stronger You! is a virtual, group-based exercise boot camp designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and boost confidence in just 8 weeks. Join a supportive community and follow, live, guided workouts—all from the comfort of home.
Register once and get access to all 8 sessions. Join us live for 5 or more to earn a certificate of completion. We’ll send a reminder the day before and a recording the day after each one.
Bio:
Maura McCurdy is an ACE certified fitness professional and has been working in the industry for over 25 years. She has specializations in Strength and Conditioning, Corrective Movement as well as many group fitness formats such as Pilates, Yoga and Boot Camp. She is also a trainer with Vivo. She is originally from San Diego, but now lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and four children.
