Bios:

Jennifer Stevenson

Jennifer Stevenson happened upon meditation and yoga more than 22 years ago while living in Tokyo, Japan, and has been studying and practicing the many dimensions of it ever since. Jennifer has more than 15 years of experience delivering yoga, meditation, self-development, and leadership training programs internationally through the Art of Living Foundation, a global educational non-profit in special consultative status with the United Nations. Jennifer primarily works as the Head of Training and Faculty for the TLEX Institute (Transformational Leadership for Excellence), delivering meditationbased resilience and leadership trainings to numerous institutions internationally. She has delivered programs at Shell Oil Co, GE, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, The World Bank, American Express, Intuit and at more than ten universities including for credit programs at MIT Sloan and Johns Hopkins. Jennifer also serves on the Board of Directors for the Sri Sri School of Yoga in North America and is a faculty of the school’s yoga teacher training program. She is accredited with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200H for Sri Sri Yoga, RYT 500H for Sri Sri Yoga, and a RYT 200H for Vinyasa Yoga with the Asheville Yoga Center.
