Eight Brocades of Qigong

Class Description
This four-week intensive course teaches eight simple and powerful breathing techniques. They are based on a traditional Chinese practice called the Eight Brocades or Ba Duan Jin, a form of Qigong that helps you connect your mind, body, and spirit. Through gentle movements synchronized with your breath, you can increase your vitality and feel more balanced, calm, and energized in your daily life.
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothes to allow full freedom to move during this practice. Sneakers are highly recommended and white t-shirts are suggested.
Register once for access to the entire series. Participants must attend all four sessions live to earn a certificate of completion. We’ll send a reminder the day before each session and a recording the day after.
