In this lecture, Sunny Liang, CEO & Founder of Zen Sleep, will provide an overview of the importance of sleep, what happens during sleep, and the impact of poor sleep. You’ll also learn about the difference between traditional sleep solutions and a novel concept called cognitive behavior therapy for insomniacs.
Sunny Liang is the CEO & Co-Founder of Zen Sleep, a sleep coaching and data analytics platform. As a lifelong insomniac, he suffered serious sleep problems during his time working on Wall Street. After many sleepless nights, he underwent Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), which changed his life for the better. He set out to create Zen Sleep as an accessible and tech-forward solution to bring proven scientific sleep help to the masses.
