Marily Charles has facilitated workshops on three different continents. She’s a mother of four, grandmother of six and a big lover for life. Plus she is aging. During our gatherings, we will be seen and heard as we explore our total wellbeing while getting older using techniques to restore energy, quietening anxiety, drawing, playing and having loads of fun.
