This week’s topic – Zumba Gold: Dance & Have Fun Together!
Join 67-year-old 2025 Senior Planet Sponsored Athlete, Laurie Willis as she shares her wellness journey and leads a low-impact dance workout that will get you moving and smiling! Zumba Gold is designed for older adults who want to enjoy Zumba without the intensity. Laurie will guide you through simple routines set to upbeat Latin music to help improve balance, coordination, and provide light cardio. The focus is not on getting every move right but on having fun and feeling good.
