Join this Wellness Wednesday group to discuss the different ways you can improve your physical, mental, and social well-being.
This week’s topic – Move with Power
Join 72-year-old 2025 Senior Planet Sponsored Athlete, Steven Berkowitz as he shares how he complements traditional strength training with power training. Steven will introduce simple routines that help you move with more speed and control. Learn how adding power training to your routine can improve coordination, reaction time, and movement quality!
What To Bring:
A chair or bench
A tennis ball
Light dumbbells (Steven will use 5-pound weights)
Ankle weights (Steven will use 2½-pound weights)
Water for hydration
