Class Description

This 45-minute follow-along workout focuses on functional movements that help improve strength, flexibility, and mobility. Taught by Sharlyn Green, a certified trainer with Vivo, this class is appropriate for all ability levels and designed to keep you energized and motivated. With engaging moves and personalized guidance, you’re sure to have a great time while getting a good workout. Grab your spot today and let’s get moving!

What to Have Ready:

Using body weight is totally fine, but having a small set of weights, soup cans, or water bottles can be beneficial for resistance training—we’ll provide variations for all levels. A chair will also be useful for balance and support, with seated options available for every exercise.
