MEMORY THREADS

Memory Threads is a collaborative art project that weaves together the beauty of memory, self-expression, and community. Rooted in the principles of Art and Mind, this initiative project aims to stimulate recollection, foster creativity, and encourage meaningful social interactions among participants.

Participants are invited to design individual art collage squares that capture a cherished memory, personal story, or significant symbol from their lives. Using a variety of materials, such as recycled fabrics, textiles, found objects, and photos, participants will create layered, textured pieces that celebrate their unique experiences.

The pieces will be displayed at an FREE Interactive Art Installation at Adrienne Arsht Center on May 18. Click Here for details on that event.
