Course Description
This 5-week course meets two times a week and includes exercise sessions in the gym and classroom-based technology training. You will engage in a mix of aerobic and strength training exercises, gain knowledge of proper exercise form, and learn how to safely use gym equipment. Classroom-based training will focus on technology, including how to use a Fitbit to track movements, heart rate, and food intake. Fitbits will be loaned for use during the five weeks.
Course Prerequisites
This course is best suited for those who are new to wellness and exercising. You must have an email address that you use. You should also be somewhat comfortable navigating websites and searching for information on the internet.
