Course Description

This 5-week course explores the growing role of the internet in everyday life. By the end of this course, you’ll know how to connect more easily, avoid scams and fraud, identify reliable health resources, and virtually attend cultural events and museum exhibits. In other words, you will have a better understanding of digital culture! This course will also give you the chance to meaningfully practice skills that you learned in a Basics or Essentials course.

Course Prerequisites

This is a PC-based course. You should have already taken Computer Basics or Computer Essentials, or be somewhat comfortable using a computer. You must also have an email address.
