Sign-Up for Center Design Focus Groups!

As we prepare to open a few new Senior Planet centers, we need your input on how they should look, feel and function. We will be hosting a series of 45-minute focus groups during the first two weeks of April 2022 to help us brainstorm about usage of space, aesthetics and more. If you are still interested in attending one of the focus groups, please select all times you available for and provide your first and last name, email, phone number and state. Please note that space in these focus groups is limited. We will reach back out with your confirmed time and date of focus group. Those who are unable to join a focus group will be sent an online survey where they can share their thoughts and opinions.
