Video of the Week: “King”

“King, where are your people now?
Chained and pacified.
Tried in vain to show them how.
And for that you died.”

English reggae band UB40 released the single “King” in 1980, and it quickly became a hit on UK charts. Thirty-five years later, the song still resonates.
