Her passion and mission are to share Tai Chi with as many older adults as she can – for better balance and falls prevention, and for the myriad other benefits Tai Chi confers. Josy has been a massage therapist, an exercise physiologist in cardiac rehabilitation, a public health/community wellness educator, and a Technology Trainer for Senior Planet!
