Trainer: Effy Zhang

Faster is not always better! Come learn about home internet options so you only pay for what you need.

What are Broadband Labels?

Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are required to use a format called broadband labels to explain their plans. The labels are modeled on nutrition labels and aim to clearly present internet plans and pricing. Click the red button below to view our handout with tips on using the labels and explanations.

For more information about broadband labels, attend Senior Planet’s Understanding Internet Plans lecture.

What should you do?

  • Do I have to make a choice to continue internet service?
  • Will there be new fees such as enrollment or equipment fees?
