1. Hi:
   I do have to choose a brain stimulation activity, and crosswords have never been my favorite. I shy away from them since I’m bad at it. What do you suggest I do to train my brain to become better?

   1. Consider other word games like the Whirly Word App or the puzzles that have you find words embedded in a page of letters. There are also apps that challenge you in different ways with words.
      For a change of pace, consider apps that ask you to find objects hidden in a picture or two find differences in two copies of the same picture.

   2. Hi Elizabeth, have you tried Sudoku? AARP has lots of free games, including Sudoku, you can play online. I copied the link below. I also play New York Times games (free app) on my mobile phone and some games can be played without a subscription. Good luck find a game that’s right for you.
