Cas Castro started kung fu at 16. As he got older, he gravitated toward yoga and tai chi. Cas incorporates stretching, affirmations, meditation, and reflection into his classes. Each class is unique with the goal of bringing participants a moment of calm to leave them feeling revitalized.
