This lecture will introduce you to different online platforms for selling all kinds of items, including furniture, clothing, household items, and more! We’ll also cover some tips and best practices for safely using these platforms so you can avoid scams and sell confidently!

Major (Ret.) Rolona D. Brown is a U.S. Army combat veteran with over 26 years of service and a strong background in leadership, education, and technology training. She holds a master’s degree in business with a focus on Supply Chain Management and joined the OATS team in 2025. Rolona enjoys helping older adults improve their quality of life, confidence, and independence and with technology. She lives in Texas and enjoys traveling, working in her home garden, and expressing her creativity through baking and DIY projects.
