Want to make some extra money? Online marketplaces make it easy to sell almost anything- from your vintage collectibles to handmade crafts! This lecture will introduce you to different online platforms for selling all kinds of items, including furniture, clothing, household items, and more! We’ll also cover some tips and best practices for safely using these platforms so you can avoid scams and sell confidently!

Francisco (Frankie) Benavides, technology trainer in San Antonio, has worked with OATS since January 2025. He has been a teacher in formal and informal settings since 2004, and loves his current role helping older adults feel more comfortable and confident with technology. Frankie especially enjoys having fun and joking with his students and building relationships. When not teaching tech, you can find Frankie either doing improv comedy, watching funny videos on YouTube, or practicing his classical guitar.
