Class Description

Join us on Mondays at the Senior Planet center in Plattsburgh for a crochet and fiber arts discussion group. Here, older adults have a place to learn a new craft, hone their skills, share projects, and spend some crafting time together. Let’s exchange projects and learn some ways tech can help, no matter your skill level!

Jessica Fortin

Jess is the North Country (NoCo) center manager in Plattsburgh, NY.  She has been teaching at Senior Planet since 2021 and loves to build confidence in participants. Jess has strived to build a strong community in NoCo, and has implemented several social and crafting groups at the center. Whenever possible, you can find her spending her free time out in the mountains hiking, camping, and kayaking.
