The Senior Planet center in Manhattan, located at 127 West 25th Street, is the first of its kind: a stand-alone community center dedicated to leveraging the power of technology to improve the way we age.
The center hosts free classes, workshops, talks, and social and cultural events, offering older New Yorkers age 60 and over a comfortable space to learn, work and explore new ways to thrive in today’s digital world.

What You’ll Find When You Stop By
Our 5-week and 10-week courses are scheduled on a quarterly basis, but the center is always busy with activities, both scheduled and unscheduled. Besides attending workshops, seminars, presentations, and events related to digital technology, you can drop in to use our computers and wifi, play a video game, or check out one of the new tech gadgets we have on hand.

The center will be open from 10:00am – 5:00pm on the following dates:

The Senior Planet center will be closed on the following days:

- 2/19/24 – Presidents Day

- 9/2/24 – Labor Day

- 11/29/24 – Day after Thanksgiving
- 12/25/24 – Christmas Day
