Spot, Stop and Defeat Scams

Attention Veterans: 

You defended our nation. Now arm yourself with the knowledge and skills to protect your benefits from scams and frauds. In this class you’ll learn the tactics and methods scammers and fraudsters use to target veterans. You will also learn how to recognize red flagsand what steps to take to safeguard your VA  benefits.  

The goal is to give you practical and easy-to-use tools to :  Spot, Stop and Defeat scams in order to keep your hard earned benefits you’re entitled to receive. 

 Note: This volunteer-led event is designed for Veterans!

 

Michael Gorin has over 25 years’ experience in Conflict Management and Mediation, as such he is well positioned to provide instruction on fraud awareness and prevention based on his experiences and training in conflicts involving fraud.
