Dr. Roger Landry, the award-winning author of “Live Long, Die Short: A Guide to Authentic Health and Successful Aging,” teaches us how to maximize our potential as we grow older by smashing the stereotypes society has about aging. Dr. Landry will discuss his 10 steps for aging well, drawing on research from the Blue Zones; offer strategies for keeping our brains sharp; and challenge us – and America – to rethink the concept of aging as a long period of decline. Dr. Landry’s talk is a call to action for each of us to recognize that we never should stop growing. This talk is a special event presented with the support of the Macquarie Group Foundation.
