Join us for this two-part series on preventing or delaying Type 2 diabetes. This session will focus on  how weight impacts diabetes and how to lose weight by burning more calories than you take in. You’ll learn the right balance between energy in and energy out.

The second part of the series will take place next Wednesday, August 3rd and will look at how to enjoy a variety of foods while controlling portion sizes.
