What are you doing to manage your aches and pains? We all got ‘em, yes? Do you instinctively reach for the ibuprofen or a stronger pharmaceutical? Or do you employ alternative methods of healing? Have you explored acupuncture, Chinese medicine, herbal remedies, massage, chiropractic, yoga, reiki, meditation, CBD and the list goes on! Join Andrea Hancock, Senior Planet Fitness and Technology Trainer, for a lively discussion about complementary and alternative medicine! Come share your experiences and learn from others!
Andrea Hancock is in her 4th year as a technology and Barre trainer with Senior Planet from AARP. She enjoys a regular practice of meditation, drumming, sacred chanting, weight training, yoga, Pilates, barre, gardening, walking and dark chocolate (relieves headaches!).
