This week’s topic: Yoga for the Aging Body
Robin Dinerman has been studying Hatha Yoga for over 40 years, and has been teaching yoga since 1987. She has filmed over 130 episodes of Cherryblossom Yoga, a 30 minute yoga class that has been broadcast on Facebook, YouTube and Montgomery County’s cable channel 16. Robin holds certificates in yoga instruction from the Evergreen Yoga Studio in Bethesda, Maryland, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy in Massachusetts, Silver Age Yoga in California, Reiki Level from the Imagine Yoga & Wellness Studio in Bowie, Maryland and stress management education from the Biofeedback Institute of Colorado. She is particularly sensitive to assisting those who are suffering from depression, as well as addressing issues particular to seniors.
