Description

Join this Wellness Wednesday group to discuss the different ways you can improve your physical, mental, and social well-being.

This week’s topic: Nutrition & Intuitive Eating

What you put in your body is important for your healing journey, but the eating experience is just as important for your nervous system! Join Flowly Founder & CEO Celine Tien and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Rachel Burcham for a live seminar about the power of intuitive eating for your nervous system and overall wellness.

It’s not necessary to have a meal or a snack in front of you during this presentation, but also not discouraged if you want to put the techniques to use during the workshop!

Celine Tien is the founder of Flowly and a Principal Investigator on National Institutes of Health-backed clinical trials investigating the application of new technology as intervention for chronic pain. Flowly is an NIH-backed mobile platform to help people with pain, stress, anxiety, and insomnia reclaim their health with VR and biofeedback therapy at home. Flowy is part of the AARP AgeTech Collaborative.

Rachel Burcham is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who specializes in making wellness effortless. She is a former professional dancer & musical theatre performer with a long history of chronic fatigue, which led her to discover the benefits of breathworking, rest, gentle movements, and intuitive eating.
