This week’s topic – Name, Image and Likeness When Posting Online
Name Image and Likeness (NIL) affects how photos, videos and stories are shared online even when the focus is family and everyday life. In this session, we will explain what NIL is in plain terms and how it applies across social media and other platforms. We will also look at how younger generations think about NIL and future opportunities and what older adults should consider when sharing images of children and grandchildren online.
