The Feldenkrais Method is a type of exercise devised by Moshe Feldenkrais that aims to promote better brain-body connections, leading to better posture and balance, greater flexibility and improved ease of movement, more comfort in your joints, less muscular tension and more energy. This session focuses on the method’s benefits for your flexibility, but warm-up and cool-down exercises will give you a feel for how Feldenkrais can affect your well-being in other ways.
