The Feldenkrais Method is a type of exercise devised by Moshe Feldenkrais that aims to promote better brain-body connections, leading to better posture and balance, greater flexibility and energy, improved ease of movement, more comfort in your joints and less muscular tension? This second of four Team Senior Planet lectures by certified practitioners focuses on breathing and includes some warm-up and cool-down exercises that will give you a sense of the overall benefits of Feldenkrais.
