NYC Parks’ pools all over the city offer water exercise classes for adults and seniors on different days and times. Ability to swim in not necessary to participate; all classes take place in the shallow end of the pool and use music during classes to get you going. To register for Water Exercise classes, please sign up at the pool during class times; you might want to be a bit early. Remember to bring a towel and a sturdy lock for your locker.
