Making Healthier choices during the Holidays!
Have fun learning what to eat to maintain muscle, and bone mass. This class with Michelle Nutrition coach and participant will cover “Healthy Holiday Eating for Seniors”: Tips and strategies for enjoying holiday meals while making healthier choices. Topics include portion control, mindful eating, incorporating fruits and vegetables, eat this/not that food choices.
