Date & Time

Wednesday June 15, 2022
3:00PM ET / 2:00PM CT / 1:00PM MT / 12:00PM PT

This session will be led by 2022 Sponsored Athlete, Keo Capestany. Keo is an 85-year-old weightlifter! You’ll hear his story and then learn some strength-building exercises that you can try at home. Learn more about Keo here.

Join this session to hear all about “The Gospel of Pumping Iron” from Keo, as he teaches you to enjoy the freedom that comes with building strength and power. Keo will demonstrate the core weightlifting exercises of deadlift, squat, and bench press, with modifications for beginners.

Discover the health benefits that result from having a stronger body, and learn how barbells can be a very strong medicine — without side effects — against osteopenia and sarcopenia.
