Get Back Into Exercise: Injury Prevention Techniques with Paul

This session will be led by 2022 Sponsored Athlete, Paul “PJ” Gammarano, Sr. Paul is a 68-year-old ice hockey player! You’ll hear his story and then learn some unique injury prevention exercises that you can try at home. Learn more about Paul here.

Join this session for a live demonstration of Paul’s six unique floor exercises for injury prevention on and off the ice hockey rink. Paul will also share about his journey of getting back into an active lifestyle after a 20+ year hiatus. You’ll leave this session feeling limber and inspired!

Please note: Some of Paul’s moves are of the more advanced variety, taking place while laying on one’s back. Everyone is welcome to simply observe, but if you would like to participate, please bring a floor mat and a resistance/exercise band.
