Description

Chow: Making the Chinese American Restaurant celebrates the birth and evolution of Chinese American restaurants, tracing their nearly 170-year history and sparking conversation about food culture, immigration, and what it means to be American. There’s a timeline of more than 100 menus starting with 1910…plus ‘tastings!..at the Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD) lab in Brooklyn. There are several levels of tickets available (the higher priced ones include bigger tastings), so check out your ticket options here.

Note:  MOFAD cannot guarantee dietary accommodations. Approximate visit duration is 30 minutes to one hour. Walk-ins are welcome, but online purchase guarantees entry. Day-of tickets are available online until 4 pm. Last entry at 5:30 pm. Call (718) 387-2845 for more details.
