Join this virtual drum circle therapy session and find temporary relief from stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. You don’t need to know how to play a drum, or even own a hand drum. All you need is to grab some buckets, pots, or pans from the kitchen and play along! We’ll even introduce you to different ways you can make your own drums from household items through videos on YouTube. This class will be fun and exciting, yet relaxing and meditative all at the same time.
