Description
Join us as special guest instructor, Jacqueline Gikow, shares her BFit workout. The class provides a full-body movement workout experience, starting with a dynamic activation that connects mind and body. The central workout uses a flat band offering variable resistance, which allows participants to control the intensity of their effort. Exercises are done in standing and seated positions and the class wraps up with a comprehensive stretching routine. Jacqueline is a certified Movement Coach & Rehab Specialist and National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
Equipment needed for this class:
- Comfortable clothing
- 1 or 2 flat bands
- A sturdy chair without arms
- Bare feet or socks preferred over gym shoes
