Balance: Use It or Lose It!

This session will be led by 2022 Sponsored Athlete, Sally Saenger. Sally is a 66 year old competitive surfer and a senior fitness instructor! You’ll hear her story and then get up and get moving! Learn more about Sally here.

Balance is a skill that needs to be practiced. This will be a fun workshop to learn techniques and basic movements that can improve your balance skills and help you to become stronger and more fit. We’ll practice simple exercises that you can do at home to improve posture, gait, and self-confidence.

We’ll be doing seated and standing exercises. No equipment is necessary, but if you have weights or resistance tubing, keep them handy!
