You’ll hear about PJ’s involvement with the Moustache Classic charity tournament for men’s health, and discover helpful tips for combining your own passions for fitness and good causes. For the past four years, PJ has participated in the “Moustache Classic” hockey tournament in Danbury, Connecticut to benefit men’s health. A prostate cancer survivor himself, participating in the event has provided a way to champion a cause and build community. Join us for an insightful discussion, and come away inspired to combine fitness with making a difference! We’ll also talk about some of Senior Planet’s upcoming free classes focused on civic participation.
