Course Description

This 10-week course meets three times a week and includes exercise sessions in the gym and classroom-based technology training. You’ll exercise with your classmates and use a smartphone to learn about various digital technologies to enhance your workouts and improve your diet. If you have experience exercising and are looking for a supportive environment to be physically active and learn about relevant technology, then this course is for you. Use your own smartphone (iPhone or Android) or an Android smartphone can be loaned for use during class sessions.

Course Prerequisites

This course is best suited for those who are already exercising regularly and have an awareness of proper form. You must have an email address that you use and be somewhat comfortable searching for information on the internet.
