You can start with short walks, build up over time, and even add short run intervals if that interests you. Join this session to learn ways to get moving and keep it part of your routine.
Speaker Bio:
Angelica Guerrero is a 64-year-old runner based in the Chicago area. She is passionate about running, run/walking, and walking, and encourages others to keep moving in any way they can. She began running 20 years ago and now serves as a run/walk leader for a group that meets every Monday at a running store in Chicago. When she is not walking or running with friends, she competes in local races and has placed in her age category. She enjoys helping others join a community of walkers and runners.
