Castulo, better known as Cas, was born in Colombia and moved to the United States at the age of four in 1967. His passion for kung fu ignited at 13, inspired by the legendary Bruce Lee and his blockbuster films. Cas joined Senior Planet in 2019 and brings with him decades of experience in kung fu, yoga, tai chi, reiki, and more. As a technology and fitness instructor, Cas helps older adults enhance their physical well-being and navigate the digital world with confidence.
